The 2011 Camaro is going to be produced relatively unchanged from the 2010 model, with just a couple of minor tweaks. Perhaps the most buzzworthy of these is the introduction of an 11-function Heads-up Display that would be as comfortable in a fighter jet as in this Chevy sports coupe.
According to Chevy, the Heads-up Display (known as a “HUD” among fighter pilots) will display the following 11 functions:
- Gear Indicator
- Phone Functions
- Audio Information
- Turn Signal and High-Beam Indicators
Additionally, Camaro owners who opt for the manual gearbox will enjoy a paddle-shift option with HUD gear indicator.
Financing Your 2011 Camaro
The new Camaro is slated to go into production in early June. You can wait till then if you just have to have the HUD, but if you can settle for a largely unchanged 2010 model, Chevy is offering zero percent financing on many models. With the Fed funds rate projected to increase as the economy gets back on its feet, now is the time to get the lowest rate auto loans possible in your area.
